Auto Community Scheduled to Open Summer of 2018
Galbraith Pre-Design, Inc. has been awarded the job to design-build The Concours at Carlisle, the first auto condo community in Central Pa. The Concours at Carlisle will offer luxurious condo living and ample car collection storage for car collectors and enthusiasts who frequently visit Carlisle Events, as well as other prominent car collector events in the region. These condos will provide collectors with an exclusive residential community, modern design options, climate-controlled and secure multi-car garage units and a smart property investment.

These luxurious auto condos are meticulously designed with their residential and car collector needs in mind. It’s also an added bonus that the development is in close proximity to Carlisle Events, one of the nation’s premier car collector events, as well as to other prominent car shows in the Mid-Atlantic region.”
Each of the planned 40 auto condos showcase a multiple-car garage with an interior mezzanine overlooking generously-sized, climate-controlled spaces. The condo garage designs also feature high ceilings, floor drains and water, and electric hookups. Owners can customize their collection space to include heated floors, car lifts, compressed air systems, tool bench packages and more.
The condo living spaces will feature floor plans with multiple bedrooms, and various kitchen and living room configurations. Custom fixtures and finishes with numerous upgrades will be available including home theater packages, wine cellars, saunas and hot tubs. Custom landscaping will surround the secure, gated community where owners will have access to a private, resident-only clubhouse.
