When Pete and Gerry’s Organics decided to upgrade and add process equipment, they called on us to complete the work of upgrading their process water system. Here, seven (7) new boilers are prepared for installation, and a booster pump is set into place.

Many people do not realize the amount of work and coordination that goes into such a project. Concrete housekeeping pads, equipment and material delivery schedules, electrical requirements, plumbing requirements, roof work, etc. Everyone and everything must work together in specific sequence in order to complete a successful project.

There is still much piping which remains to be completed, as well as a 1,500gal glass lined steel water tank. All of this is being completed around the plant’s production schedule, and of course within food safety guidelines..
