retaining wall

A customer in Easton, PA was in need of having an aging railroad tie retaining wall replaced, as well as parking lot rehabilitation including additional concrete, new trench drain, and re-grading in order to alleviate flooding issues in heavy rains. Upon our arrival, the retaining wall in disrepair had pushed, causing runoff to further degrade the wall and blacktop.

A self-performed survey was conducted, and drainage plan coordinated and approved by local authorities in order to alleviate the site’s drainage issues, make the building more useable, and increase its lifespan and value.
