Wood framing is completed, and ready for electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and fire suppression rough-in.  Roof structure consists of TJI’s bearing on 2×6 SPF exterior walls, which allows for a clear-span of 27ft with no bearing walls on the interior.

Masons have begun laying the exterior brick veneer, to match the existing building.

Rigid roof insulation has been installed over the 5/8in thick CDX plywood deck, and the rubber roof membrane over top of that – just in time for today’s rain..
